Google Tools For Administrators

No booking required: places are limited to 40 and available on a first come, first served basis

This presentation will cover an array of freely available Google tools for various administrative functions such as communication sharing, document and resource sharing and scheduling. It will look at the following tools:

- Gmail: email

- Calendar: organise your schedule and share events with others

- Docs: open, edit and create documents

- Drive: create, share and keep documents in one place

Two further sessions are planned; these will cover:
16th January 2019 (10-11am):

- Sheets: open, edit and create spreadsheets

- Forms: build free surveys

- Sites: create websites and secure group wikis


14th February 2019 (10-11am):

- Groups: create mailing lists and discussion groups

- Hangouts: communicate with others

- Google+: discover useful resources

- Google Keep: note-taking application



Certificates of attendance will be available on request on the day of the workshop
